Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Ellen Mooney of Stellarton in the County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia Widow of the late John Mooney being of sound and disposing mind make this my Last Will and Testament.

First, I revoke all wills and codicils by me heretofore made.

Second, I devise and bequeath unto my sons Andrew and Daniel the vacant lot  of land that I now own Situated on McKay Street in the Town of Stellarton.

Third, I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Ellen Gilroy all the rest and residue of my property both real and personal of every nature and kind including the two dwelling houses and lots which I own one of which is Situated on McKay Street and the other on Reid Street in the Town of Stellarton.

Fourth,  I hereby nominate  and appoint my sons Andrew Mooney and Daniel Mooney executors and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Subscribed my name this twenty fourth day of August AD 1906.

In witness whereof I the said Ellen Mooney have to this my last Will and Testament
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal at Pictou, in the County of Pictou, this Eighteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Ellen Mooney late of Stellarton in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 20th. day of September AD 1909.
