Will of Wallace Meagher, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the last Will and Testament of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Butcher.
I hereby revoke all former wills or other Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be and contain my last will and Testament.
I give devise and bequeath unto my Sister Louise Doherty of Pictou in the County aforesaid widow of Edward Doherty late of the same place Butcher deceased all the real and personal Estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto her use and benefit during her life time and after Decease I bequeath the same to the Roman Catholic Church at Pictou aforesaid for the use and benefit of the said Church and Convent in equal shares each.
I do appoint the Reverend Father Gillis at present the Parish Priest at Pictou aforesaid or Such his successor as may be officiating at Pictou aforesaid at the time of the coming into effect of this my bequest to the said Church and Convent at Pictou aforesaid Trustee of this my last will (words are scratched out) with full power to apply the same in equal shares to the use and benefit of said Church and Convent as to him seemeth just and proper.
And I do hereby appoint m said Sister Louisa Doherty and my friend James henry Brown of Pictou Bookkeeper joint Executrix and Executors of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second day of February AD 1905.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Wallace Meagher late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Butcher deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 26th. day of November AD 1907.
