Will of Wm. Matheson, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the last Will and Testament of me William Matheson Esq. of Burnside Middle River in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Merchant.
I give and devise to my son William A. Matheson my farm known as the Murry farm also the livestock in my said sons possession also the farming implements and other personal property all of which are at present in my said sons possession.
I give and devise to my beloved wife Catherine the house and premises on which I now reside also all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal absolutely.
I hereby appoint my said wife Catherine Matheson and my said son William A. Matheson Executors and Executrix of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I the testator Have hereunto my hand subscribed this first day of May in the year of our Lord 1905.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Matheson late of Burnside Middle River in the County of Pictou Merchant deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the second day of January AD 1907.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 2nd. day of January AD 1907.
