Will of Hugh Matheson, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Hugh Matheson of Mill Brook in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament.
First - I give devise and bequeath to Maggie Matheson my wife all my real estate including all the buildings stock farming implements carriages and all household effects so long as she wishes to enjoy the same but has full right and my desire at any time she thinks proper to transfer the above mentioned real estate re to George W. Munro Wallace Munro’s son Mill Brook.
Second - I give devise and bequeath to my brothers William, John and Daniel one hundred Dollars each, my sister Mary McDonald Salt Springs one hundred Dollars also my niece Mary McCunn Pleasant Valley fifty dollars also to Annie Jollymore (now Mrs. Duggan) fifty dollars.
Third – All the residue of my estate I give devise and bequeath to Maggie Matheson my wife without reserve.
I hereby nominate and appoint Maggie Matheson my wife executrix and H. W. McKay of Lime Rock executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this 12th. day of February 1908.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Hugh Matheson late of Mil Brook in the County of Pictou deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the ninth day of March AD 1909.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 9th. day of March AD 1908.
