Will of Catherine Matheson, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Catherine Matheson of New Glasgow  in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Widow do make this my Last Will and Testament.

1st. I give devise and bequeath unto my niece Annie Grant all my real and personal property of every kind and nature wheresoever situated absolutely for her own use and benefit subject only to my debts.

I desire to be buried in New Glasgow beside the remains of my father and mother and direct my executrix to erect over my grave a plain marble slab.

I hereby revoke all former wills.

I hereby nominate and appoint my said niece Annie Grant Executrix of this my Will.

Dated at New Glasgow this 13th. day of May AD 1898.
