Estate of Alexander F. Matheson late of Mount Auburn, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

I Alexander F. Matheson, of Mount Auburn, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament.

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane the homestead farm on which I reside, with all the stock thereon, or thereto belonging  of every kind and description with all the implements of husbandry of every kind and description thereto belonging also the carriages with the  harness thereto belonging with riding saddle i.e. also the meadow property which I own - To Have and To Hold th said several properties to her my beloved wife her heirs and assigns forever.

I also bequeath to my beloved wife all debts, and Securities for debts, due me at the time of my death, also all the household furniture of every kind and description in the house at the time of my death.

I do hereby nominate constitute and  appoint my beloved wife Jane, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereto my hand and Seal  Subscribed and Set this sixteenth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy two.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander F. Matheson, late of Mount Auburn in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 10th day of December A.D. 1890.
