Estate of Charles Mason late of Pictou, Master Mariner, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Charles Mason of Pictou, in the County of Pictou Master Mariner do hereby make and publish this my last Will and testament as follows,

1. 1 give and devise my dwelling house and premises on St. Andrew's Street in the town of Pictou to my beloved wife Nancy Mason, with power to sell and convey or to mortgage the same and to use and occupy the same, but if the same shall not have been Sold by her before her death I will and devise the same to my son Charles W. Mason.

2. All the rest and residue of my real and personal estate wheresoever situated I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy Mason.

3. I appoint my said wife Nancy Mason and my son Thomas Mason to be the  executrix and executor of this my  Will.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Charles Mason late of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Master Mariner, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
