Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen.
I John Marshall of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia, being at present in ordinary health, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, but knowing the uncertainty of human life do make this my last Will and Testament.
I devise and bequeath to my wife Christina the House and Lot owned by me, on which I reside with all my personal property of any kind for her Sole use and to be disposed of by her in such manner as she may order and devise.
Signed published and declared to be my last Will and Testament. this twentieth day of December A.D. 1879.
