Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me Isaac Marshall of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou  Province of Nova Scotia, Carpenter.

I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Marshall all my real estate and personal property consisting of a house and lot at West side New Glasgow described in a deed from Hugh Munro and other bearing date the thirty first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven as follows, namely beginning sixteen and a half feet from the Albion Mines first made railroad and at the North east angle or original boundary of a certain William Fraser (Ogg) land from thence north eighty seven and a half degrees west then rods to a stake and stones thence south two and a half degrees west nine rods or within sixteen and a half feet if the said Railroad thence north forty degrees east eleven rods or until it comes to the place of beginning consisting one quarter of an acre be the same more or less, also all my personal property of whatever kind owned by me at New Glasgow or elsewhere at the time of my decease.

Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Mary Ann Marshall Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I the said Isaac Marshall have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and  Seal this seventh day of September  in the year of our Lord one thousand eight  hundred and ninety five.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Isaac Marshall late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Carpenter deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 20th.  day of November AD 1909.
