Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Catherine Marshall of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Spinster, do make and publish this my last Will and testament at the same time revoking any wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Sister Annie Marshall all my real and personal estate and
I appoint her the said Annie Marshall Sole Executor of this my Will.
In witness whereof I the said Catherine Marshall have to this my last Will and testament Set my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of July A.D. 1894.

Signed by the said Catherine Marshall as and for her last Will in the presence of us, both present at the same time, who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have Subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Catherine Marshall, late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Spinster, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand (some words scratched out here) at Pictou this 4th. day of October A.D. 1894.
