Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament I of me Agnes E. Marshall of Westville in the County of Pictou, Widow.

I devise and bequeath to my granddaughter Bessie Hunter my feather bed.

All the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal I hereby devise and bequeath to my three granddaughters Bessie Hunter aforesaid, Allie Hunter and Cassie Hunter the same to be divided equally among them share and share alike.

I hereby appoint my two friends Daniel Urquhart Esq. Mine Manager and Joseph Quigley Esq. Proprietor both of Westville in the County of Pictou executors of this my last Will .

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand subscribed this twenty first day of August, AD 1897.
