Will of Thomas McMillan, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
Know all men by these presents that I Thomas McMillan of Bridgeville East River in the County of Pictou, Farmer, being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament as follows, viz.
First - I give and bequeath to my beloved wife the one half of the house and other buildings during her lifetime or as long as she likes to stay on homestead together with all the cattle, horses, sheep farming utensils and all the household furniture of whatever kind, my watch and all things in the house of whatever kind with Seven hundred dollars of money to be given to her by my executors for her own personal use forever.
Second - I give and bequeath to All D. McMillan my son the farm I own at Bridgeville on which I reside subject to the claims of his mother during her lifetime for his own use forever.
Thirdly - I give and bequeath to Willena Andrews my daughter the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars.
Fourthly - I give and bequeath to Annie H. B. McMillan the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars.
Fifthly - I give and bequeath to John J. McMillan my son the sum of fifty dollars and my sword.
Sixthly - I give and bequeath to Thomas M. Andrews the sum of Twenty five Dollars and my share of the property I own at Bridgeville in company with H. M. Andrews his father.
Seventhly - I by this set revoke all former wills as null and void.
Eighthly - I ordain and appoint Annie W. B. McMillan my daughter and H. W. Andrews as executors of this my last Will and Testament,
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses named below this 22nd. day of December Ad 1903.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas McMillan late of Bridgeville in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the thirtieth day of January AD 1904.
Witness my hand at Pictou this thirtieth day of January AD 1904.
