Will of John McMillan, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me John McMillan of the Town of Pictou in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Doctor of Medicine.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of whatsoever nature and  kind  and wheresoever situate unto my beloved wife C. Annie McMillan.

I appoint and nominate the said C. Annie McMillan my wife the sole executrix of this my Will.

In witness whereof I the said John McMillan have to this my Will  Set my hand this twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John McMillan late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Medical Doctor deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the sixth day of May AD 1907.
