Will of Duncan McMillan, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Duncan McMillan in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, do make  this my Last Will and Testament and by t do revoking all former wills made or purported to be made by me.

To my wife Ann McMillan I bequeath one half my real and personal estate, the said Ann McMillan to have her choice of either half of Real estate divided lengthways that is to say by a line running from the River westerly through the centre of the property.

To my son John David McMillan I bequeath the remaining half of my real and personal property and

I do appoint the said Ann McMillan my Executrix.

Whereunto I do this seventeenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two set my hand and sign in presence of these witnesses.
