Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament of me John Colin MacRae of  Granton in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia.

I hereby revoke all former wills that may have been made by me.

I delare that I am possessed of one home barn and outbuilding wiht forty five acres of land more or less Also one horse and buggy, cart and harness other farming implements also a Sum of money now lodged in the Bank of Nova Scotia and Government Savings Bank.

All of the above I give devise and bequeath in the following ways,

One hundred dollars to my daughter Tena, and the same amount to my sons Clarence, John William, Harry.  Henry and Howard having received similar amounts.

The horse and buggy to my son Clarence and all my other property and effects after my lawful debts and expenses are paid to my wife Jessie to be used by her during her natural life and after her death to my son Clarence.

Signed and declared to be his last Will and Testament on this twenty sixth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five in the presence of us and at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other we subscribe ourselves as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Colin MacRae late of Granton in the County of Pictou Coal Truckman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 19th.  day of September AD 1906.
