Will of John T. McPherson, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the last Will and Testament of John Thomas McPherson of Pictou Landing in the County of Pictou Farmer.
First - I desire that all my just debts shall be paid.
Second - I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Sister Arabella McPherson wife of William Fernie now of Pictou Landing all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever to be hers absolutely and forever.
I hereby appoint my sister Arabella aforesaid sole executrix of this my last Will.
Dated at Pictou Landing in the County of Pictou, N.S. this twenty ninth day of January AD 1913.

Signed, Sealed and published by the said Testator John Thomas McPherson as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us both present at the same time, who in his and in the presence of each other at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Thomas McPherson late of Pictou Landing in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 29th. day of March AD 1913.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 29th. day of March AD 1913.
