Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God Amen. I, Thomas Cameron of Fraser's Mountain County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being at present of sound memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.

My real property being already Conveyed by Deed, I direct that my personal property will be disposed of as follows, I direct that if Nancy my wife survives me she shall be maintained and supplied with all the necessaries of life as she now is, by my sons John and William during her natural life in lieu of her Dower and no otherwise. I likewise direct that Isabella my daughter will be maintained and enjoy a home during her natural life with my sons John and William if single, and continue them but if she will be married I order then that my fore mentioned sons will give her such portion as I have give to other daughter.

I further direct and bequeath to John and William my sons all my present property to be equally divided between them.

I hereby appoint John Cameron of Merigomish my Brother, and John Cameron My son Executor of this my said last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of July. One thousand eight hundred and Seventy three.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Cameron, late of Fraser's Mountain in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
