I, Daniel McPherson of Westville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Elder, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made.

I hereby appoint my beloved wife Susannah McPherson to be the executrix of my last Will.

I hereby direct that my said executrix to pay all my just debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

I hereby bequeath to my said beloved wife all my real estate and personal property which may be mine at the time of my decease, including the house and premises where I now reside on the east side of Main Street Westville, also the lot and premises on the corner of Main and Black diamond Streets, known as the Munro property, also a piece or parcel of land on the West side of Main Street on the way leading to New Glasgow containing six acres more or less,, also a piece or parcel of land on Spring Garden Road containing two cares more or less, together with all my personal property, furniture, bedding, book debts, or other property that my be mine at the time of my decease. To be hers absolutely.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereto set my hand this fourteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel McPherson late of Westville in the County of Pictou, Elder, deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 25^th.  day of November AD 1911.
