Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I, Alexander J. Macpherson of the town of New Denver, County of Kootenay, Province of British Columbia and Dominion of Canada and until late of New Gairloch, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, Farmer, do hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me, and declare this to be my last Will and testament.

I devise and bequeath all my real estate wheresoever situated, with all the buildings upon the same to my wife Annie McPherson of New Gairloch, Pictou County in the Province of Nova Scotia, and Dominion of Canada.

I likewise bequeath all my personal Estate wheresoever situates to my said wife Annie Macpherson.

I appoint my said wife Annie Macpherson my Sole Executor. o

In witness whereof I have to this my Will Set my hand and Seal this nineteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety six at new Denver aforesaid.
