Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I John Hugh McNeil of the District of Mountville on McLellan's Brook Farmer  in the County of Pictou, N.S., being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made.

I appoint my wife Janie C. McNeil my executrix of this my Will.

I hereby direct my said executrix to pay all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

I hereby devise and bequeath to my wife Janie C. McNeil all my real and personal estate during the term of her natural life absolutely.

I hereby request my wife Janie C. McNeil to dispose of my property as she sees best for her abd after her decease the balance to be left to my daughter Mary Madeline McNeil absolutely.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 12th. day of March 1913.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Hugh McNeil late of Mountville McLellan's Brook in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 28th. day of April AD 1913.
