Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Donald McNaughton of Springville in the County of Pictou do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and Testament. Being advanced in years and conscious of the uncertainty of human life of sound disposing mind and memory do hereby execute the same in presence of the undersigned witnesses.

First - I give devise and bequeath a unto my beloved wife Flora McNaughton all my real and personal property consisting of all the homestead land and premises together with all the livestock, Farming utensils, Household furniture and other securities I may possess at the time of my death I bequeath to her absolutely and without any reserve to hold the same in her own right free from all encumbrances or interference from any party whatsoever.

Second - I order that out of my estate my body be decently interred and also all my legal debts paid.

Third - I order that my beloved wife Flora McNaughton shall be Sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament to which I now set my hand and seal in presence of the undersigned witnesses who at my request in my presence and in the presence of each other have witnessed the same.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald McNaughton late of Springville in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 10th. day of June AD 1904.
