Estate of Christy Cameron, late of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me Christy Cameron of the Town of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia.

First. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Jessie Ann Cameron the House and Lot that I now reside on in the said Town of Pictou, Known as the Caledonia Hotel situated on Water Street to have and to hold the same for her and her heirs forever.

Also I give and bequeath to grandson John Turner Currey one feather bed and bedding, to have and to hold the same forever.

Lastly I give devise and bequeath to my said daughter Jessie Ann Cameron all the residue of my property of whatsoever nature after the payment of my debts, to have and to hold the same to her and her heirs forever.

And I nominate and appoint George Fraser and Hugh Fraser Esqrs. of Abercrombie Point Executors of this my said last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other and former wills.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal subscribed and set at Pictou, this 24th. day of March, in the Year of Our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and seventy nine.
