Will of Margaret McLeod, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the Last Will and Testament of me I Margaret McLeod of Thorburn in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Widow
I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Marria McLeod my lot of land containing one hundred acres more or less, situate near Kenzieville Barney's River in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia to have and to hold to her and her heirs executors and administrators to her and their use and behoof forever.
And I do appoint my son Thomas D. McLeod to be the sole executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In Testimony whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand this ninth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Signed published and declared by the said Margaret McLeod to be her last Will and Testament, who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Margaret McLeod late of Thorburn in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 31st. day of May AD 1905.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 31st. day of May AD 1905.
