Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the Last Will and Testament of George McLeod of the Town of Westville in the County of Pictou

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wheresoever situate unto my wife Cassie McLeod her heirs and assigns absolutely forever.

I hereby appoint her the sole executrix of this my last Will. I hereby revoking all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 3rd.day of September 1907.

Signed Sealed published and declared by said George McLeod as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof.
