Will of Catherine McLeod, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
Know all men by these Presents that I Catherine McLeod of Lansdown in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament.
I respect to all my worldly goods of which I die possessed I give, devise and bequeath in manner and form following, that is to say –
I give, devise and bequeath all my real estate and personal property of whatever nature or kind to my husband Kenneth McLeod for his sole use and benefit forever.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said husband Kenneth McLeod Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby annulling and revoking all former ones if any be found.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I t he said Testator have hereunto subscribed my name and set my Seal before these witnesses present together on this third day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Catherine McLeod late of Lansdown in the County of Pictou Married Woman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 21st. day of April AD 1908.
