Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Eliza A. McLennan of Pictou in the County of Pictou do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I make nominate and appoint my sons Charles A. McLennan and Robert P. McLennan Executors and Trustees of this my Will.

I give devise and bequeath my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate to my said Executors and Trustees in trust to divide the sum of one thousand dollars to be taken thereupon equally between my sons Frederick McLennan, Charles A. McLennan, William G. McLennan, James P. McLennan and Robert P. McLennan,

And all the balance residue and remainder of my said Estate to divide equally between y sons Harrington McLennan and Lowrey P. McLennan and my daughter Maggie G. McLellan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have subscribed my hand to this my Will this twenty fourth day of April Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.
