In the mater of the Estate of William McLean late of McLellan’s Mountain, County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate.
The Commissioners appointed to divide the above Estate, have apportioned as follows,
To John McLean they apportioned lot No. (1) One, Bounded at a marked Poplar tree on the north west Corner of the said lot of land and running thence South fifty one degrees and thirty minutes West three chains and Sixty links, thence South thirty four degrees and thirty minutes East four chains and thirty two links, thence North fifty six degrees and thirty minutes East three chains and Sixty links, thence North forty two degrees West four chains and thirty two links to the place of beginning.
To John David McLean they apportioned lot No. (2) Two, bounded and described as follows. Beginning at the South west corner of lot No. (1) one, running thence South fifty one degrees and thirty minutes West three chains and eighty links, thence South thirty four degrees and thirty minutes East four chains and thirty two links, thence North thirty four degrees and thirty minutes West to the place of beginning.
To Ann Stewart they apportioned Lot No. 3 & 4 bounded and described as follows. Beginning at the South west corner of Lot No. 2, and running thence South fifty one degrees and thirty minutes West four chains and Seventy links, thence South Forty Six degrees West four chains and Seventy links, thence South thirty four degrees and thirty minutes East, to the Eastern boundary of said Lot of land thence North fifty six degrees and thirty minutes East Eight chains and Seventy links, thence North thirty four degrees and thirty minutes west to the place of beginning.
To the heirs of Margaret McDonald they apportioned Lot No. 5 bounded and described as follows, Beginning at the South west corner of Lot No. 4, and running thence South forty six degrees West two chains and fifty links, thence South fifty six degrees west four chains, thence East forty degrees South to the Eastern boundary of said land, thence North fifty six degrees East six chains and fifty links, thence North thirty four degrees and thirty minutes West to the place of beginning.
To John McLean they apportioned lot No. 6 bounded and described as follows. Beginning at the South west corner of Lot No. 5, and thence South fifty six degrees west, Seven chains and sixty five links thence east forty degrees South three chains and fifty nine links, thence North fifty six degrees and thirty minutes east seven chains and Sixty five links, thence North forty degrees west to the lace of beginning.
All in accordance with the plan marked A annexed to the said report and return and made by Edward C. Dawson D.L.L. on the 8th. day of May A.D. 1882.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing transcript marked 1,2,3,4,5 &6 are true copies of the said lots respectively set off and allotted by the Commissioners appointed for that purpose, a plan of which is hereunto annexed, the same having been confirmed by a decree of the Judge of Probate of this County, dated the 31st. day of August A.D. 1882.
