I, Hugh McLean of Pictou Island in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, farmer, do declare this to be my Last Will and Testament: and I do hereby revoke all former and other wills, codicils, testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.

I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary McLean all the personal property of every kind nature and description o which I may died possessed, after the payment all just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.

I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Mary McLean all the real estate of every kind, nature and description, of which I may die possessed for the period of her natural life, and after her decease, than all said real estate is to go to my daughter Annie Jane McLean.

I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Mary McLean the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Hugh McLean have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this eighteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Hugh McLean late of Pictou Island in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 8th. day of October AD 1910.
