Estate of Hector McLean late of Fish Pools, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

Know all these men by these present that I Hector McLean of Fishing Pools East River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last Will and testament.

I give and bequeath to Peter Stewart all my real estate farm and building Situate at fishing Pools aforesaid subject to such agreement as I may make with him concerning my support and that of my wife –

I give and bequeath my personal property consisting of furniture stock and utensils to my wife Mary Mclean.

I hereby appoint John Murray Farmer to be executor of this my last Will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses names below, this thirtieth day of May A.D. 1878.
