Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Donald McLean of Scotsburn in the County of Pictou Farmer do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament
I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Margaret McLean all my real and personal estate whatever and wheresoever situate to have and to hold the same to her, her heirs executors and administrators according to the respective natures and qualities of the said property absolutely and forever
And I hereby appoint my said wife Margaret McLean sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament at the same time revoking all former and other wills codicils and testamentary dispositions and appointments at by me any time heretofore made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Donald McLean the testator have to this my last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal this second day of March AD 1901.

Signed Sealed and declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald McLean late of Scotsburn in the County of Pictou Customs Officer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the twentieth day of July 1901.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 23rd.day of July 1901.
