Will of Elizabeth Workman, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Elizabeth Workman of Westville in the County of Pictou, Widow being of good and perfect mind and memory and knowing the uncertainty of time do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament.
I give devise and bequeath unto Charles Floyd of said Westville son of Thomas Floyd and his heirs and assigns all the real estate I own in the County of Pictou or elsewhere including all the title interest and claim I have acquired by will of my late husband Charles Workman or otherwise of the homestead property on which I now reside and he houses and buildings thereon in said Westville bounded on the northeast by the Drummond Road (so called) on the Southeast by the lands of Carlton Russell, on the southwest by lands of Alexander Purvis and on the northwest by lands in possession of one Andrew McNeil provided nevertheless that in the event of the death of the said Charles Floyd previous to his attaining the age of twenty one years and no widow or so called surviving heir all the above mentioned real estat I give devise and bequeath to James Workman of said Westville the sum of four hundred dollars.
e shall revert to and be invested in Bessie Floyd wife of the said Thomas Floyd.
I give devise and bequeath to James Workman of said Westville the sum of four hundred Dollars.
I give devise and bequeath to Bessie Floyd wife of Thomas Floyd of said Westville the sum of two hundred Dollars.
I give devise and bequeath to Alexander W. McBain of said Westville the sum of twenty five dollars exclusive of his fee as executor.
I order and ordain that the household furniture fixtures and furnishings goods chattels and effects in and about the premises in which I now reside shall be divided as equitability as may be between the said James Workman Elizabeth Workman and Bessie Floyd.
I ordain and constitute Alexander W. McBain of said Westville Town Clerk and James Workman of said Westville Miner, executors of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I have Signed and Sealed and published and declared this instrument as my last Will at Westville aforesaid this twenty third day of December AD 1905.

The said Elizabeth Workman at said Westville on the said twenty third day of December AD 1905 Signed and Sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for her last Will and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Workman late of Westville in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22nd. day of May 1911.
