Estate of Charles Workman late of Westville, Miner, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Charles Workman of Westville, in the County of Pictou, in the Province of Nova Scotia, being sound in mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Workman and her heirs, all my estate and property, real and Personal as follows, that is to say, - All my Real Estate in Westville being three lots of land, one lot of land being on the East side of the Drummond Road (so called) and two adjoining lots of land on the West side of Drummond Road, together with the dwelling house in which I know reside, and all the buildings and other outhouses and other appurtenances to the said lots belonging, also all the household furniture, fixtures, and furnishings, and my wearing apparel, a also all books, papers, notes, Securities, all my personal property of whatever kind to my said beloved wife Elizabeth Workman and her heirs.

I appoint my beloved wife Elizabeth Workman Executor of this my last Will and testament.

In witness whereof I have Signed and Sealed and declared and published this Instrument as my Will at Westville on this Sixth day of September A.D. 1884.

The said Charles Workman at said Westville on said Sixth day of September A.D. 1884. Signed and Sealed this Instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last Will ,and we at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Charles Workman late of Westville, in the County of Pictou, Miner, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 13th. day of November A.D. 1884.
