Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

In the name of God, Amen.

I James Willis of Mt. Dalhousie being of sound mind and memory and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die I resign my spirit to God who gave it when it pleases him to call me and as touching upon such worldly goods of which I may be possessed at the time of death I give and bequeath to my well beloved sons Alexander P. Willis of Montreal and John F. Willis of Stellarton all my personal and real estate on the following conditions,

They are to support my daughter Janet with boarding and lodging and such medical attendance as may be required during her natural life and also she is to receive from them five Dollars per annum for pocket money and my executors are to deliver to Alexander P. Willis a certain Gold headed cane and to James F. Willis my son a certain silver plated spoon and fork and further this conjoint property of Alexander P. Willis and J. F. Willis cannot be sold mortgaged or otherwise brought into debt by either one without the consent of the other.

Further I constitute Robert Young, Robert F. Rae and John H. Willis executors.

Dalhousie in the County of Pictou Engineer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 30 th. day of July AD 1908.
