Estate of George Wilson late of Anderson's Mountain, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, George Wilson of Anderson's Mountain do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all or any former Wills and testaments made by me.
First. I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Catherine all that part of the Farm on which we now reside, Bounded on the South by the old road leading to New Glasgow, on the west by lands belonging to James Wilson, on the north by Lands formerly belonging to the estate of the late Nathaniel Powell and on the East by Lands belonging to William Morton Containing about thirty acres more or less, together with all the buildings and privileges thereto, also all the household furniture and one Cow, this portion of my estate to be hers absolutely in lieu of Dower.
Second, I rider that all my lawful debts at the time of my decease together with Funeral expenses be paid out of my personal property by my Executor hereinafter named, and should there not be enough realized from the proceeds of my personal property to pay all lawful debts then my Executor hereinafter named is hereby empowered and authorized to sell any portion of my remaining real Estate or the whole if required, and have all legal debts paid, any property that remains after my legal debts are paid except what I have willed to my beloved wife, I order to be equally divided between my son John George and my daughter Janet Ann, share and share alike.
Third, I hereby appoint John D. McQueen of Little Harbour to be my Sole Executors of this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all or any former Wills and testaments.
Signed, Sealed and executed this fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty nine.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page & part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of George Wilson late of Anderson's Mountain, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 30th. day of September A.D. 1890..
