Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen.
I, George Wilson of River John in the County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia and Dominion of Canada, calling to mind that it is appointed for all men once to die do hereby thus make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say,
First of all I recommend my Spirit to Almighty God who gave it, and my Body to the dust whence it came, to be interred after the manner of a decent Christina burial, And as touching such worldly effects wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me, I bequeath and dispose of the same in the following manner, that is to say,
I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Martha Wilson, all the real property I now possess in the village of River John, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, consisting of one acre of land more or less, with house and appurtenances belonging thereto, and also fifty acres of land situated on the River John and Pictou Road, together with whatever personal property may be remaining after my just debts are paid, the said properties to be held and appropriated by my beloved wife Martha Wilson to her use and general welfare.
In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my name and Set my Seal this the twenty ninth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty three.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of George Wilson late of River John, in the County of Pictou, Joiner, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 16th. day of July A.D. 1885.
