Estate of Adam Wilson late of Hardwood Hill, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of me Adam Wilson of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer.
I give devise and bequeath to my son Edward Wilson all my farm situated at Hardwood Hill, aforesaid, and all my other real and personal property (except the property hereinafter bequeathed to my wife) upon and subject to the conditions that he pays all my funeral and testamentary expenses and other debts and claims lawfully payable out of my estate, and also pays to my wife Margaret the sum of five hundred dollars within twelve months after my death, and I make the said debts funeral and testamentary expenses, and the said five hundred dollars, charges upon and against said real and personal property and collectable thereout.
I give to my wife Margaret all my household furniture and goods, chattels & Effects situated in our dwelling house.
I appoint my son Edward and wife Margaret to be executors and Executrix of this my Will, and I revoke all former wills.
In witness whereof I have hereto Set my hand this 26th. day of August A.D. 1892.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Adam Wilson late of Hardwood Hill, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 14th. day of Septr. A.D. 1897.
