Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I William White of Stellarton being infirm in body but of sound disposing mind and memory and fully conscious of the uncertainty of human life do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

First - I desire my body decently interred and that all funeral expenses be defrayed out of the estate left by me.

Secondly - I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved granddaughter Isabella Stewart the household now occupied by me and kept by her containing Dwelling house and outhouses and premises also all the household furniture and kitchen utensils without any reserve for her sole use and benefit forever.

I also devise and bequeath unto the said Isabella Stewart the sum of two hundred Dollars Cash the same to be paid by my executors out of money deposited by me in Bank.

Thirdly - I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved Grandson Evan Crow the sum of two hundred Dollars out of deposit in Bank already referred to.

Fourthly - I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Agnes wife of A B Gray two hundred Dollars Cash out of said Bank deposit.

Fifthly - I give devise and bequeath unto my son Robert White one Dollar as he has received during his life from me the sum of two hundred dollars.

Sixthly - I order and appoint James W. Cameron and Donald Gray both of Stellarton executors an of this my last Will and Testament.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William White late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Guardman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 13th. day of January AD 1908.
