Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

The last Will and Testament of William McKinnon formerly of Bailey’s Brook in the County of Pictou (Antigonish is scratched out and Pictou added), but now of Antigonish in the County of Antigonish.

1st. I give and bequeath to Revd. Alexander Chisholm Parish Priest of Lismore the Sum of Thirty Dollars.

2nd. I give and bequeath to Revd. Joseph McDonald Parish Priest of Antigonish the Sum of Thirty Dollars.

Both of those bequests for the benefit of my soul.

2nd. I give and bequeath to William McDonald my sister’s Son in whose house I am now sick in one hundred dollars over and above sickness and funeral expenses.

2nd. The residue I give and bequeath to my Sons to share and share alike.

I hereby appoint James McDonald Merchant of Bailey’s Brook in the County of Pictou (Antigonish is scratched out) my Sole Executors. I hereby revoking all wills and testaments formerly made by me.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereby my hand and Seal Set at Antigonish, in the County of Antigonish, this 31st. day of January AD 1902.
