Will of Mary McKinnon, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary McKinnon of Bailey’s Brook in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Widow.

I devise and bequeath all the real and personal Estate to which I shall die in any way entitled unto John McKinnon the beloved nephew of my late husband of Bailey’s Brook in the County and Province aforesaid absolutely.

I order and direct that the said John McKinnon shall as soon as it shall be convenient for him to do so cause to have twenty masses offered and said for the repose of my own and my late husband’s souls,

And in the event of the said John McKinnon selling the real Estate hereby devised then in that case the number of masses shall be increased to sixty.

And I appoint the said John McKinnon Sole executor of this my last Will, hereby revoking all former and other wills and Testamentary writings heretofore by me at any time made.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the testatrix have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of June one thousand nine hundred and two.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary McKinnon late of Bailey’s Brook in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 29th. day of March AD 1904.
