Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Evan McKinnon Farmer of the East Branch of the East River Pictou County Province of Nova Scotia Dominion of Canada being of sound mind and memory do make this my Last Will and Testament Amen.
1st. I will and bequeath we to my dutiful and faithful so in law henry Langille my farm in which now reside containing one hundred acres more or less with all that it contains such as horses al the horn cattle and sheep together with all the farming implements that I possess
as for the wood lot I may say that I would like to l** by a title in Flora McDonald’s own name my granddaughter I mean and if not sold on or before my death the land and wood will be Henry Langille’s my son in law.
2nd. And lastly I will and appoint John A. McDonald & henry Langille to be my Executors to see that this my last Will and Testament duly now legally executed signed and sealed by him this thirtieth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten in presence of the subscribing witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Evan McKinnon late of East Branch, East River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 27th. day of June AD 1911.
