In the name of God, Amen. I Angus McKinnon of Pictou being of sound and disposing mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of life do make and publish and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament as follows

First, After my lawful debts are paid I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret nee McGillivary all my real and personal property lands and seizes re.

I hereby constitute and appoint my brother Hector McKinnon to be sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this to be my last will and Testament.
