THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Angus Malcolm McKinnon of the City of Kamloops in the --------- of ------ and Province of British Columbia, late resident of Lismore Pictou County, Nova Scotia, made this Twentieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine

I REVOKE all former Wills or other Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this only to be and to contain my last Will and Testament.

I DIRECT that all my just debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I GIVE,DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my Real and Personal Estate personal of which I may die possessed in the manner following, that is t say:

To my mother, Mistress Jennet McKinnon, the mortgage held by me on the farm of Martin D. McDonald, situate at Knoydart, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia (the document being in safe keeping of Joseph wall, barrister, Antigonish) to dispose of as she sees fit, also one- half the number of milch cows on my farm at Lismore.

To my brother Willie C, McKinnon, m farm situate at Lismore, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, bounded on the south by land of Donald McDonald, on the east by Guset road, on the west by the land of Alex. McKinnon, on the north by Gulf water, containing (100) one hundred acres more or less, and all the appurtenances hereto, and live stock thereon (with the exception of one half the number of milch cows as aforesaid bequeathed to my mother)

Also my undivided share of the wood lot jointly owned by Duncan McKinnon and myself, my share being fifty acres more or less.

To my brother James A. McKinnon, all the furniture, fixtures, stock in trade and book debs due me, in my store situate at Lismore, in full satisfaction of my promissory notes given him for money advanced to me.

ALL the residue of my estate not hereinbefore disposed of I give, devise ad bequeath unto my mother Mistress Jennet McKninon,

AND I nominate and appoint Daniel A. McKinnon Woodburn, Pictou County, N.S., Daniel R. McKinnon Ardness, Do., and Mistress Jennet McKinnon, Lismore, Do., to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written.
