Will of Mary MacKinlay, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary MacKinlay of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Single Woman.
I give, devise and bequeath to my sisters Euphemia MacKinlay and Annie MacKinlay and my brother John MacKinlay all of Blink Bonnie in the Town and County of Pictou all my property and estate real and personal of every nature and kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate which I shall own or be entitled to at the time of my decease To Have and To Hold the same to them the said Euphemia MacKinlay and Annie MacKinlay and John MacKinlay their heirs an assigns forever as tenants in Common and to be equally divided between them except the bequest to my sister Jean Hckin hereinafter mentioned.
I give devise and bequeath to my sister the said Jean Hockin wife of Robert Hockin of Pictou aforesaid for her sole and separate use all sums of money and interest which I shall have on deposit in my name in the Dominion of Canada Savings Bank.
I revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and Testament.
I appoint the said Euphemia MacKinlay, Annie MacKinlay and John MacKinlay Executrixes and Executor of this my last Will and Testament,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Mary MacKinlay have set my hand to this my last Will and Testament this twenty third day of April one thousand nine hundred and one.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary MacKinlay late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Single Woman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the twentieth day of June AD 1911.
Witness my hand at Pictou this twentieth day of June AD 1911.
