Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me William McKenzie of Toney River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer

I give devise and bequeath all the personal property and estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my son Daniel R. McKenzie absolutely and forever subject to the following legacies.

I give devise and bequeath unto my sons John G. McKenzie and Charles A. McKenzie the sum of fifty Dollars each.

To my daughter Marian Jane McKenzie the sum of fifty Dollars

To my daughter Cassie Hedder wife of James Hedder the sum of thirty

And to my daughter Lizzie Holmes wife of Albert Holmes the sum of twenty dollars

to be paid them respectively by the executors in one year after my decease.

I hereby appoint my son Daniel R. McKenzie and Albert Holmes of Hodson Farmer joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore made.

In Testimony Whereof I have set my hand and Seal, this twenty fourth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William McKenzie late of Toney River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 15 day of February 1909.

Witness my hand at Pictou this sixth day of January AD 1913.
