Estate of William McKenzie (Senior), late of the Garden of Eden, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I William McKenzie Senior, of Garden of Eden, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, Do hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will and testament.

I appoint my son William H. McKenzie of Antigonish in the County of Antigonish, Merchant, to be the Executor of this my last Will.

I devise and bequeath unto my wife Sarah McKenzie her heirs, executors and assigns all my real estate and personal property wheresoever situate and of what nature or kind soever.

In witness whereof I have Set my hand to this my Will the fifteenth day of August A.D. 1884.

Signed, Published and declared by the above named William McKenzie Senior, as his last Will in the presence of us both being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as witnesses.
