Will of John William McKenzie, deceased
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds at Pictou
Know all men by these Present that I John William McKenzie of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound disposing mind and memory make this my last Will and Testament
1st. After paying all my lawful debts and funeral expenses I give and bequeath to my wife Myra for her own use and benefit forever all my real and personal property namely the house and premises in which I now reside and all household furniture and money that I may be possessed of at the time of my death.
2nd. I also appoint my wife Myra executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the annexed paper is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John William McKenzie late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court on the 26th. day of April AD 1905.
