Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
Know all men by these Presents that I Isabella MacKenzie of the City and County of Providence and State of Rhode Island being of lawful age and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make pronounce publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all other and former wills by me made and establishing this and only this as my Last Will and Testament that is to Say

First. I hereby appoint my nephew John M. MacKenzie of the City of Fall River in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be executor of this my Last Will and Testament and he is hereby exempted from giving bonds as Such executor and from returning any inventory of my estate.

Second. I give devise and bequeath all the property of which I shall die Seized and possessed f whatever nature and description and wherever situate unto my sister Jessie MacKenzie now of said Providence To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said Jessie MacKenzie her heirs an assigns forever.

In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this twenty Second day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight six.

Codicil

I hereby appoint my nephew Judson C. MacKenzie of the City of Fall River Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be executor of this my last Will and Testament in place of John M. MacKenzie deceased and he is hereby exempted from giving bonds as Such executor and from returning any inventory of my estate.
