Last Will and Testament of George R. McKenzie, Deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I, GEORGE R. MCKENZIE of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Blacksmith, make this paper writing as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills that I have heretofore made.

I give, devise and bequeath all my Real estate, Personal property, Goods, Chattels of whatever kind which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease to my following named children, share and share alike:-

John Fenwick Fraser McKenzie
William Stewart McKenzie
Georgina McKenzie
Charles J. M. McKenzie
Mary Sophia McKenzie
Alexander David McKenzie
George Arthur McKenzie

I hereby nominate and appoint Daniel McKenzie, Blacksmith of Trenton and John V. McKay, Medical Doctor, of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, to be Executors of this my last Will.

In Witness Whereof, I have signed, sealed published and declared this Instrument as my last Will, at New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, this Ninth day of November, A.D. 1912.

The said George R. McKenzie, Blacksmith, at New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, on this ninth day of November A.D. 1912, Signed and Sealed this Instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last Will.

McKenzie late of New Glasgow in said County of Blacksmith deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the Eighteenth day of November A.D., 1913.
