Estate of Annie McKenzie late of Gold Hill, Widow, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Annie McKenzie, widow of the late Alexander McKenzie, late of Irish Mountain, in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, now of Gold Hill in the State of Nevada, make this my last Will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath unto my son Kenneth all my real and personal property owned by me at the time of my decease, Subject only to the following condition. That is to say that he pay my daughter Catherine the sum of Three Hundred Dollars lawful money of Canada, after the payment of which sum he shall hold the said devised property free and unencumbered forever.

I nominate and appoint John Grant of Churchville my beloved brother and William McMillan of Churchville Mason Sole Executors of this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all previous Wills and Codicils and firmly confirming this my last will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand Seal at Gold Hill aforesaid in the County of Stoney and State of Nevada, in the United States of America, this 26th. day of Jul A.D. 1879.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page or thereabouts, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Annie McKenzie late of Irish Mountain in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this first day of August A.D. 1882.
