Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds
This is the last will and testament of Alexander Mackenzie of Pictou Nova Scotia Master of the barque “John Gill”
I hereby give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary W Mackenzie her heirs executors and administrators for her and their own use and benefit all my estate and effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality.
Second, and I hereby appoint her the said Mary W Mackenzie sole executrix of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand this seventh day of June one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Mackenzie late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Master Mariner deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 9th. day of October 1899.
Witness my hand at Pictou this Seventh day of November 1899.
